Zybra Accounting Software has become almost unusable. For the last few months it either doesnt work at all or is painfully slow sometimes taking 810 minutes just to open one bill. Right now I cant even log in.
Every time I raise a complaint, the only response I get is to change my computer or internet provider. I even switched from Jio to Airtel, and tested on both MacBook and Windows, but the problem is the same. Clearly this is not a device or internet issue.
Very disappointing service. If any responsible person from Zybra is reading this, please stop blaming users and provide a real solution. Accounting software needs to be reliable, but this has been the opposite.
