Flexible timings. Funny. Employees have been terminated for not coming on time.
The work is hectic and the managers are nothing less than dictators. The "HOD" is like a GOD. Whatever he says is the final verdict. He has a sarcastic tone and he does keep grudges. So, if he has a thing against you, then you are SO going down.
Most of the employees are irritated with him. No wonder the attrition rate is so high.
The scenario here is basically of a dictator a.k.a HOD with a whip standing over you while you slog 9 hours a day minimum.
My advice is use the products they develop. Seem to be good. Just don’t get employed with the company.
