I joined this company in June, 2013. I left it within the first week. My review is based upon the experiences of my week and my other friends(currently working there). If u are a Mech and Entc Engg and have been recruits as a SPEND or Procurement ANALYST. Then BEWARE. This job is non-technical, it seems fun initially, but after 3 months you become bored, but you have already signed the bond. Many people leave the place during first week itself. I am one of those lucky ones.
The work hours are 11am to 8pm. Even though they say flexible timings, the flexibility is valid only for extending it to 12 to 9pm. All those who were planning to work at a 9am to 6pm place. Let me tell u, the HR does not recognize those 9 hours even if u come at 9am. Your work hours start only from 11 am. The whole place is like ghost town before 11 am.
By the 3rd or 4th month the workload increases soo much (each engg is given 3 or 4 clients) that you have to come on a saturday and complete the work, else your manager/HOD might reprimand you.
In case you want to earn just the bucks, the PAY SCALE IS GOOD and its a nice place with a pretty good infrastructure.
In case you want to be in touch with your technical side(Entc and MEch guys), this is NOT FOR YOU(its an IT firm).
In case you are planning for further studies (GRE/GMAT/GATE/CAT etc) YOU WONT GET THE TIME. Office hours are 9 hours and travelling both ways takes minimum 3 hours, unless you stay in andheri. 7-8 hours sleep and Only (24 hrs-9-3-8) 3 to 4 hours are left for yourself per day.
In case you are person who changes jobs frequently, this is NOT FOR YOU. Their domain is so specific, that people find it difficult to shift to other companies.In case this company comes for your CAMPUS recruitment, better skip it as you’ll save yourself a lot of misery.
