Finally, got the gift voucher against the credit. I had to write to Infibeam CEO on his LinkedIn profile, and then it rectified. Thanks for the response and followup. I have received the credit in my card. What had started as bad experience, turned out better in the last with my money back, but I am still not able to get the product what I wanted. Let me know when the product becomes available again. If they are running short of resources, that is fine. But the product delivered must be in best condition and not broken
