Finally, got the gift voucher against the credit. I had to write to Infibeam CEO on his LinkedIn profile, and then it rectified. Thanks for the response and followup. I have received the credit in my card. What had started as bad experience, turned out better in the last with my money back, but I am still not able to get the product what I wanted. Let me know when the product becomes available again. I shall be willing to pur read more...

If they are running short of resources, that is fine. But the product delivered must be in best condition and not broken
