You have not mentioned which TG project you have invested, Satyaa have you occupied the flat ... writing review because your builder asked you to do so early may not be helpful for other buyers who get a wrong info. Anyways good luck !!

Hi, Even my initial reaction was same when i bought the flat. They promised a lot of things including OC & Khata but till date we have not received the same. Even the construction wise initially everything was good was later cracks starts appearing and many more problem with minimal support fro read more...

Mr Sandeep for which all Project you have provided the OC & A-Khata. Please clarify. In your last post you have mentioned that you will be providing the documents for all other projects too. Have you done that till date ? Some of the projects have completed 2-3 years back, but they stil read more...

Have you recieved OC till date ... ? I am sure you would have paid a decent amount for your flat. Without OC you may loose all of it ... or May have to pay penalty in future

Till date they have not got OC for any of there Projects. Although Mr Sandeep have taken extra amount and promised to provide the OC , till date NO NEWS its been more than 1 year.
