No doubt their rates are reasonable. But the refund on Amazon is like a nightmare. It has been 6 weeks and I still am struggling to get my refund. Their customer support gets very unsupportive and does not have any answer. The A to Z buyers guarantee Team just come and sleep in the amazon office. No read more...

I am also with you. It has been 8 weeks and I still am struggling to get my refund from Amazon. But Amazon has succeeded to have lost the confidence of shopping on their site. I have been using flipkart now and it feels great.

I also used to be their regular customer. But for a month I started using flipkart where the refund process is much faster and professionally handled than Amazon. It has been 8 weeks and I still am waiting for my refund from Amazon. Flipkart did it in 3 working days.
