Hi Vijay, I am not in the country so sorry won't be able to scan the copy as requested
I have been informed it will take approx 24 months for the whole procedure and it would be good to submit the form again even if it has been submitted before with the right details.

@ajohnso2 - Regulator ki kam aur media ki jyada yaad aar rahi hai.. shor se badnaam toh media ne hi kiya fir paisey wapas dilaney ke liye kya? . .media ne khudki roti toh sekli magar jale ghar kaun bujhayega..
