A sad post indeed. Please back your judgment/opinion with facts and figures, which you have miserably failed to do here. The other reviews, with which you 'don't agree' have all done that. It's good that you are buying it from an owner and not SDL directly. However, don't get carried away by the facilities, landscaping etc. Any top builder has them and my honest opinion is Purva is the best in those regards. Sobha was a different organization in the times of Onyx or Garnet. The folks then worked hard to establish a reputation. The current crop is all set to ruin that. One should be very careful now and not get carried away by Sobha's past glory.
