Agree, Mantri had a good track record but only till 2009-10 but since then they are in business to fool innocent people& mobilise easy public money instead of having to borrow from banks/market at high cost. Fooling people by false promises has become the business of Mantri Developers now. They would delay the projects endlessly and keep quoting the name sake compensation clause written in the 'agreement'. Mantri Developers had a good reputation and track record of quality & timely delivery till 2009-10 but since then they are only fooling people and collecting easy money from public at very low cost & probably investing it elasewhere for big returns. I am a sufferer too. I booked an apartment in Mantri Pinnacle in 2010. Project committed to deliver in March 2014. 95% payment (more than 1 crore) already taken in May 2013 but project still far from completion. I am losing more than 1 lakh per month for every month delay but no one is listening. I read more...
