So you assure me that healthkart will not improve CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE as you rightly said 'We assure you that such thing WOULD HAPPEN IN FUTURE'. yes my problem has been resolved but dealing with your so called 'customer satisfaction help desk' was not at all satisfying.
