Don't get into their trap of glossy ads to this builder.
The project is already delayed by 9 months and completion no where in sight.

I have booked flat in Purva Fountain Square and now regretting. I fully agree on what has been mentione above about Marketing Department, After Sales / Customer Care, Communication, Commitments and Senior Management. If you are going to book a new flat this builder should be avoided.

I have close experience with 2 Purva Projects. These Purva people deviate from the project plan without informing you. The flat dimention is different than what you were promised on paper.
