It has been more than 10 days when I had logged complaint with Samsung regarding my refrigerator. It is down till now. On 28th April, a fault with compressor was diagnosed and I was told that it will be replaced but even today (2nd May) nothing has happened. On calling service center, I got to know read more...
I posted this almost a week back and Indiatimes responded on MouthShut very next day, assuring that problem will be resolved soon but there hasn't been any change in status. Just to mention again, I had logged a formal complaint on 2nd January, i.e. almost 26 days back.
