Never go for any Mahaveer property. I bought 2 bhk flat in Mahaveer Ranches in July 2018 and after paying 90% of total cost i came to know that out of 15 acres 5 acres has been relinquished to BDA and for the same they had filed Writ petition in court and that too they lost.
