To Update my Experience Further, I have Not yet recived the Refund, I called them twice. Got the same response ''payment will reflect on the card by the End of the Day''
I would like to post an update to this thread. Finally got a call from shopyourworld. They said that they would be transferring the money into my account today. Lets see what happens
Another Update. Called them up yesterday was made to hold the line for 15 mins. Then the customer care executive disconnected thecall. I have written another mail to them but have not received any response.
I would like to warn all prospective Shopyourworld customers to take allok at the state of affairs. It has been 3 months since i initiated refunds yet nothing has happened till date.
I would like to update this further. I Called them up again on the 21st of March 2012 and also mailed them. Got no response to the mail but was able to get hold of them on the phone. I was again promised of a payment date. This time of 23rd of March 2012. I have checked my credit card balance read more...
