it could be one off cases in the bank. iam dealing with this bank for last 9 yrs and their service hasx been exceptional. they are more organised and careful before committing anything to their clients. had taken a home loan from hdfc and i got it approved in less than 48 hrs.
How can you cast aspersions on a reputed bank like this without substaniating what went wrong from Bank's side. Sanctioning a loan or not is the pregorative of the bank. You cant blame a bank like this.
