I am maitaining accounts with both ICICI Direct as well as SBICAPS. In terms of charges, ICICI is slightly costlier. But, it is easy and efficient to operate with ICICI Direct than with SBICAPS. Hi Santhosh, Your post was very informative. You are right - Agents dont sell policies suit customer's needs, but policies earning fabulous commission for them. I think awareness of the 'Term Insurance Plans' is very poor. Cheers
