I am currently in London and i am receiving statements showing an odd 47,000/-outstanding....i have already lodged a complaint with Banking ombudsman..but no use so far. they are shamelessely sending me statements with not only the transaction i never entered in to ..bu also adding interest...ri read more...

I am a similar case wherein they claim that i have withdrawn Rs.40,000 through my HDFC gold credit card...:::: Lets see...but i think that you shud write a mail to Aditya puri anyways as suggested by Socrates!! Cheers!!
