Before you purchase flat i will suggest buyer to visit once Godrej Prana project. You will come to know many surprises due to seepage. plumbing broken, parking misssing, wall compound many more excited offers. do not blind with Godrej properties

Greens still under construction you can ask and dont pay installment till complete. they wil show fake update and ask money. U surprise once you come and stay in greens
