Nobody will respond if you send an email. Better, you spread your experiences in this portal and let public know about these happenings. Very bad service in branches, atms, customer care/service, online banking, phone banking etc. Not at all satisfactory. Devastated, no security guards, nobody helps us for any query. I never had such Worst experience in any other commercial/govt banks.

I too faced the same problems with the Bank services 'rajugorai'. Even Im not at all satisfied with the phone banking service too and I started using other banks which provide good service to the customer.
