Not worth holding the connection after so much fuss and delay made by these guys, you should try making a late payment for your bill and see how fast they come to you !

Same experience here as well, in south they say 24-48 hours and fix it in a week, so I think you are in a better position. I will never take a connection from vodafone, these guys are a bunch of maniacs.

Yes, it was from vodafone affiliate, I wrote an email to vodafone customer service and I think they have addressed this issue.
