I got call from snapdeal saying that they are going to send a carpenter(technician) to fix it. But they aren't going to take back the product cuz of there backend furniture team not accepting. I decided to file a case in consumer court after visit. Alreadyhad sent a E notice, but no response for tha read more...
Yes, I agree! I had good opinion on snapdeal, but now I'm facing it. Worst customer service, they are asking me to fix it and keep the same.
