@Tikona_TDN: Stop harrassing your customers, just by threatening them of dire consequences by issuing legal notice. Every customer has a reason to raise his voice against you. When you cheat someone, obviously you will be questioned.

Though I am not sure about the treatment given by Dr. Mohan Rao to your wife, I partly agree to what you have mentioned.
