Brother, If you provide valid documents they'll get you the card in max 15 working days. You have to keep in touch with the sales person and customer care for prompt processing of card.

its not help. It is their business. Unfair business. They keep on charging lot of interets and service taxes for that. its a hell to be a cr.card cust for Kotak banks. better avoid them for your safety.
