I have also been a victim. Simply they said, 'System has detected that yours is a consultancy firm and rejected'. Ours is registered LLP firm for post harvesting machinery. No response from customer care. They say it's under verification ad this goes on and on.
I had sent a parcel with medicines to my son in USA through Fastway Courier, Bangalore. The parcel was not delivered and I was continuously following up.
