I tried calling Dinesh today to check on the status of my complaint, he never answered my phone... thus we end this year with a lot of grief and mental stress of purchasing this piece of crapy product.

There should be a tv channel which should highlight all the genuine consumer complaints, only if we air these complaints live on tv manufacturer’s will take necessary steps.
Even till today no one from videocon has responded to the complaint, readers any suggestion as to how we can catch hold of these manufacturer's attention
