The 'F' in HDFC stands for FRAUD !! I also realised it a bit later .. Worst thing is that management seems to be fully aware of the fraudulent activities in the card division and prefers to ignore. Folks, I have referred this case to the statutory auditors of the HDFC bank.. let's see if they capable of doing something .. doubt it because if the top management has dubious ways of dealing Fraud within their bank then the statutory auditors will also have forced restrictions..
There are many banks with pathetic product services - HDFC bank also has its share. But sheltering fraudulent activities within the bank and that too by its top management says a lot of that bank's DNA.
