Please dont book flat with Siddha ,not at all a good builder .You will be harassed .Once you book the flat you cant do anything except the payment .They dont deliver flat on time, they charge 12% for delay payment .You have to just make the payment as per their demand letter ,or you will be harassed read more...

Totally agree kindly share your contact number my contact number is 810788xxxx /708706xxxx .I have been charged Rs,2.7 lacs for late payment but they are denying to give any kind of interest for late delivery . Only Money nothing else
