no finally today i got my money back with charge back option provided by Hdfc Bank .they credit back the amount to my monthly billing circle & Thanks for support.
hdfc customer care ne kaha ye tumhari galti hai aap kyoon nayi websites par try karte ho .aap timtara par refund apply karo.hume merchant ka nahi pata.’’So it’s only your fault’’.But now i found in google hdfc dispute form & some pictures related my order in timtara & emails apply for refund read more...
my hdfc bank refused to get back money from merchant. but i write email to these email id contact@ccavenue.com, service@ccavenue.com, accounts@ccavenue.com, risk@ccavenue.com...ccavenue is the payment gateway provider for Timtara.
