Please let us know who has taken a possession in avenue 2 and how is the flat condition and material, fittings used. Who has started the interior work in their flats. Share your experiences pls.
We haven't found any group or owners yet, but the strange thing is they are not allowing us the owners to see the flat before final possession? Their condition is to make full payment then only u will be allowed to enter the building, if it's ready for possession then allow us to see if it's as per read more...
With Raheja Universal we had such a great experience, everything was well organised and as per the commitment. And with Sunteck a worst experience.

I wonder how this company is surviving and still exist. They behave like mafia, goon even worst then license raz time customer experience. Not able to connect or contact anyone.....
