Update 3: Received the item! Thanks, Pawan! Changing my rating. I'm still docking one star for the customer service response, but overall I'll definitely buy again from letsbuy.
Update 2: Pawan to the rescue, as usual. He ensured that the item was shipped yesterday. Will post an update when I receive it.
