I love ART, a self taught painter, painting is my passion and I paint to keep myself busy. When asked why I create art, I am often taken aback by the question. It is not something I philosophies about, it is not something I do, it is something I am. It is the unchangeable nature that resides under my skin and heart.

    My art flows from that in-knowable place within, and provides me a link between this material world and the invisible world beyond. Art has been my passion, from as far back as I can recall. Forever sketching and doodling as a child, Today I continue my varied artistic pursuits in my home.

    Always experimenting and evolving, I enjoy trying new and interesting materials, methods and techniques. Sometimes it works, sometimes not, but I always learn something in the process. In fact this is when I am happiest and most satisfied artistically. When I think on it too much, I have a creative block, and so I leave my art work for many days.

    Art has no rules. It can be anywhere at any time. I don?t think you have to understand art to create art, ?

    Everyone views artwork according to their own limitations, experience and skills. I have to say that some critics, ordinary people with no art background understand my art better than I do myself. What they see is valid, even if I like it or not.

    Most people create art without understanding it. It?s not reserved for critics only. I think critics understand it the least. Everyone is an expert at their own experience. There is a spirit in every piece of art
