I am now fairly convinced that most favorable reviews you find here for india cakes are all fake paid reviews.
It's been 12 days, and I am yet to get refunded. There is no response on phone or to my emails. Today, after multiple tries, I finally got connected to your call centre and instead of refunding, I was offered a coupon voucher for use again on your site.
