same is the experience with guys who booked in E and F of skybay, neither builder nor sales guys talk to them, 95 to 98% payment is done - in some cases even interest is extorted and no possession till date. very true, everything is of very low quality, walls have cracks and plaster is coming out prior possession. doors were already misaligned. beware of this builder.
