Finally on the 2nd day I could speak to Piyushji over phone and he responded very positively admitting that they have technical issues on website patanjaliayurved.net and they are working on it. However, he immediately confirmed and processed my order and sent me sms with AWB number.
I had a similar experience recently when I ordered on patanjaliayurved.net website. PayTM shows payment Rs. 595.24successful against my order #4715 dated 22Aug16 but received no confirmation from Patanjali website nor my order is delivered.
