It's is true as I have also experienced same and I'm filling a consumer complaint against same I would suggest you the same too. Yes true I'm also facing issue as same hence I have raise it consumer forum and I would request you to raise it as well to consumer forum and then to consumer court ever since Jeff bezos has left this is gone pathetic.

It was my first time contact yesterday and it's been good experience hence sorry for negetive review earlier as that was an error made by me as misunderstood 2 different insurance as one
