No Action Taken Even After Several Follow ups Just a face saver reply on Public Forums and a template reply is all I got. No issue has been resolved.
RE: Beware of their sales calls and reps!
Don't really care for the customer 4 hours after posting on social sites, I have only received these messages that they have noted my concerns and will get back.
Awaiting Response I haven't heard back yet. I hope your team will be able to provide a resolution
