Differences
People are different in many ways,
like skin, eyes, and hair.
Sometimes it isn’t a good thing,
when others care.

Is it all in our heads,
who is cool and who deserves to be defamed?
Beware what words or actions you use
because it could leave the other person maimed.

Why is it we are so quick to judge others?
Don’t they live under the same sun?
They have dared to be different,
what have they ever done?

We think ourselves some clever beings,
but we destroy ourselves and call it war.
After we pick us off one by one,
The only thing left will be the earth’s core.

Why not stop the stupidity?
Let’s stop the terrorright here!
It all started so long ago,
but didn’t it all start with fear?

Don’t you remember when you were little,
when the differences didn’t worry anyone?
do you remember when you palyed all day,
in the baking heat of the warm sun.

It was such a nice time,
but no one seems to recall that bliss.
Couldn’t we all stop everything, and live in happiness.

I know there are exceptions to this, you, people, should be praised.
I just wish and I some day hope that
we could snap the others out of their daze.

When the tranquility comes,
we can live in bliss.
I hope we can keep the peace for eternity,
live in perfect happiness.
