Still not got my villa...5 years passed and full amount paid 5 years back. They have signed an agreement with me and for every month of delay they will pay Rs 15000. Still they have due in that amount also. Dont know how much years i need to wait to get my villa done.
In 108 Villas only you are staying there for 6 months. I know around 40 people who booked the villas 5 years back who have not yet received the keys from the builder.
