hopefully. that is exactly the problem with paytm. i posted my disgruntlement here and look at the audacity of paytm which chooses to ignore by being robotic in its reply rather than redress. i can only 'hope' u and other potential/paytm users will not be left in the lurch.

Sinhaji & geniusaruneshji, we need to jointly proceed, along with the other aggrieved parties with a case against these guys at paytm. i think yours is also a clear case of cheating as mine. oh, this happened because i keyed in a wrong digit! alas, my money is gone as there is no system in place to revert such wrong transactions:(
Why shouldn't i make public the gross negligence on your part? there has been no progress on care@paytm.com or at vodafone, i've in fact called vodafone 3/4 times already apart from mailing them on this and they always say they haven't got the amount. so i thought best to alert the public of this. h read more...
