Even I too had problems with these packers. The boys came for shifting shown their skills in lifting items. I complained to them but not had proper response.

Yes log a complaint in DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS (Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution,Govt. of India) and teach a lession to these online frauds. www.core.nic.in. Secondly report in Cyber Crime station and take it consumer court.
