Nice comments, I faced the similar problem with Vodafone, They overcharged me for my usage, customer care was harsh and was not at listening. The customer care executive didn't forgot to tell me that 'I have to pay the Bill in any case.' for what I used and for what i didn't use also. Long Live V read more...

Agree Guys, Issuing boarding pass devices (Its a WIFI device) does not cost a lot and should be introduced by other airlines too. -- Vaibhav
