Of course you can. Next time you talk to the customer care, make sure that you record what you speak with them and that can be produced as a proof. Also write a formal email and a written mail complaint to Airtel (through registered post) demanding a prompt action. Once done, you can take them to th read more...

I so agree with you that the customer care is pathetic. You have to wait and listen to all those annoying options for like 10 whole minutes before you get connected to customer care and again they ask you for all the details like cust no etc (well did I not punch it in? cant you take it from there? read more...
