Value Designbuild Private Limited (VDB) a modern, professionally managed organization based in Bangalore, India, engaged in the areas of Design - Build and Property Development was incorporated in the year 2002. Headed by Koshy Varghese, who has over 30 years of experience in India and the Middle East in the areas of property development, land acquisition, marketing, construction and finance, the company has grown steadily since its inception. VDB was formed with a clear vision of providing its customers with products that have been designed with their needs in mind. The foundation of the company has been built on a strong ethical value system. Transparency is the key factor in every transaction involving VDB. We believe that quantity does not matter as much as quality does. VDB has two strings to its bow – Property Development & Design-build services. As property developers, VDB develops both commercial and residential properties for sale. We source land only after a careful analysis of its location and the area's development potential. Based on the location and neighborhood, we design apartments and office spaces using the city’s most reputed and technology savvy designers. Our project layouts are a testimony to such quality.
