yes, even i am also facing this issue many times. They deduct any amount from your balance even though you have not subscribed for any VAS. Yesterday I had a balance of 45 Rs which automatically became 14 Rs in night i and was unable to contact anyone, neither call/sms.. And in morning when i called read more...
