hi i am college student , my college was in 12kms from home ,the top speed is 25kms means it takes 45 mins to 1 hour to reach college ah ??? Reply pls

wow thanks for the quick responds !!! i need to conform that we need any driving licence to drive this scooter. Because i am in chennai city there are many traffic cops. what i tell if any cop asked for driving license ??? Kindly reply this too !!!
