I visited goa September 12 and they double booked and took off 5- 7 days extra. And when I wanted to book another holiday they started to ask for more money! For my earlier vacation in september they have taken up double points - I booked 4 nights and they have taken off 10 nights at Emerald palms.. just came to know when I checked the account
Point is you will get the same rooms whether it is red or purple membership. Their 1 br celing was full of fungus. Other single room had no sitouts or had peeled wall paint and the single room for studio membership allotted to me had dripping toilet ceiling.. The resort calmness good and fresh air i read more...
Even if you book purple t will be same. And after you get booking here is a recent experience. I have a white studio and I recently booked Mahabeleshwar Sherwood resort. Have i (vibha12) received a response from CM or its just Bholaji who has received the response. The chaos at CM begins. Fully Agree and have similar issues with Club Mahindra Holidays. Real Cheaters. I have to holiday at my own additional expense and always with feeling of someone having stolen my money. If you tell them they will say just like this response - We are very sorry but the resorts are fully booked. Can C read more...
