Happy that you have responded Mr John... I am afraid that you started off on the wrong foot.. My parents bought the flat for Rs 50 lacs(lump sum) which was supposed to be handed over by 2012. It got delayed and after umpteen follow-ups we got it in 2014 Jan. We know people who bought flat with read more...
