Yes, unfortunately Tata has still not been able to improve its service quality...also, small quality issues remain, like door handles coming off or inside bits'n'pieces of trim tend to work loose. Finished around 4000 km and the ride has become smoother / engine still feels as good as new. Getting an average of 14+ km/litre in Andheri traffic with A/C on all the time. Did one trip on the Expressway to Lonavala and back, getting 17 km/litre with A/C on all the time.
Great to know that you are getting a good average with your vehicle. It looks like the car I bought must be a defective piece. Service experience with Tata is, unfortunately, the largest single problem area. They just don't have the quality / experience / attitude to impress the customer.
