People with negative mind can never flourish here since Working Environment is not Traditional.You can work here with the feeling of ownership/entrepreneurship. That's a reason Most of conventional guys fail and make cheap comments on internet.
Its a Great Place to work in India, I am working from Last 5 years. This company changed my entire thought process. People making wrong / cheap comments are misguiding the people.
