In one word, ISSUE NOT RESOLVED..
I got a mail from mouthshut if the issue is resolved. No it is not. There are still many pending issues on construction, amenities, STP, water source etc etc which will not be resolved by jain housing in the near future. @Mouthshut. offlate i am seeing number of positive reviews and thousands of vi read more...

Its been more than a year since I posted this review. Yet I haven't received my flat. But I can see the improvements only in the past few weeks after putting tons and tons of pressure. Another big big big problem which I didn't mentioned about this Jains project is RO plant. Initially they told that 2 RO plant will be installed, which they are telling now that RO plant is not mentioned in the agreement. Never ever take oral promises made by this guys. And without water the flat we read more...
